Screen Opener 511

The new product, called CPS Screen Opener 511, has been designed for manual applications as a screen opener to unblock a mesh during the print run, as well as a general purpose cleaner for the removal of inks after the print run where the screen is to be re-used. The product is effective on a wide range of screen printing inks and is particularly suitable for tough to clean inks used in the MTS and nameplate industries.

Thanks to its flashpoint of 40ºC, CPS Screen Opener 511 meets the specific requirements of European Standard EN12921-3:2005, which relates to on-press cleaning.

However, unlike other higher flashpoint cleaners, the unique formulation of this high performance product means that it evaporates rapidly so that printing can be restarted quickly, eliminating downtime, while its composition does not affect the drying rate of the ink.
